Abstract
La hipertensión arterial (HTA) constituye un importante problema de salud pública, ya que es una enfermedad crónica y asintomática que requiere la adherencia de los pacientes al tratamiento de una manera permanente y sistemática para su control. El objetivo de este proyecto fue determinar el comportamiento de la adherencia terapéutica en paciente con Hipertensión arterial que acuden a la Botica del Pueblo “Huancayo” durante la pandemia COVID-19, Mediante un estudio descriptivo, sustentando en la revisión bibliográfica de investigación científico, relacionadas al tema. La muestra del estudio estuvo compuesta por 40 pacientes con diagnóstico de hipertensión y tratamiento farmacológico hipertensivo prescrito.
