Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el efecto de una intervención educativa sobre la prevención de anemia en gestantes del Puesto de Salud La Punta, Huancayo, 2025. El estudio fue de tipo aplicativo, nivel analítico, con diseño pre experimental y carácter longitudinal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 56 gestantes. Los resultados del pre test evidenciaron niveles de conocimiento bajo y regular sobre prevención de anemia, importancia, tipos de anemia y alimentación saludable; mientras que en el post test predominó el conocimiento bueno. Se concluye que la intervención educativa tuvo un efecto significativo en el conocimiento sobre la prevención de anemia en gestantes (p < 0,05), aceptándose la hipótesis alterna.
The objective of this research was to determine the effect of an educational intervention on anemia prevention among pregnant women at the La Punta Health Post, Huancayo, in 2025. The study was applied in nature, analytical in level, and employed a pre-experimental design with a longitudinal character. The sample consisted of 56 pregnant women. The results of the pre-test revealed low to fair levels of knowledge regarding anemia prevention, its importance, types of anemia, and healthy eating; conversely, the post-test results demonstrated a predominance of good knowledge. It is concluded that the educational intervention had a significant effect on knowledge regarding anemia prevention among pregnant women (p < 0.05), thereby accepting the alternative hypothesis.
