Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar los factores asociados al uso del levonorgestrel en estudiantes de Obstetricia de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt, 2025. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada de 74 estudiantes de cuarto semestre de obstetricia. En los resultados, la edad más frecuente fue de 19 a 21 años, con 67,6%. Asimismo, 66 de las 74 estudiantes uso levonorgestrel alguna vez, lo que representó una prevalencia de uso de 89,2%, mientras que 10,8% refirió no haberlo usado. Los factores sociodemográficos, familiares y sociales no presentaron asociación con el uso del levonorgestrel. Se concluye que el uso del levonorgestrel se asoció con factores sexuales y no hubo asociación con los factores sociodemográficos, familiares o sociales
