Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar los errores de prescripción en las recetas atendidas en el Centro de Salud Villa Victoria Porvenir del distrito de Surquillo, entre los meses junio a julio del 2023. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal, la muestra fue 332 recetas atendidas. Entre los resultados, los errores relacionados con la prescripción médica incluyen un 1.0% de fallas en la información del paciente, un 0.3% en los datos del profesional que realiza la prescripción, un 7.3% en aspectos relacionados con el medicamento y un 14.5% debido a problemas de ilegibilidad en las recetas. Se concluye un promedio de errores o información incompleta realizadas durante la prescripción del 5.8% de errores de prescripción en recetas evaluadas en el Centro de Salud Villa Victoria Porvenir del distrito de Surquillo.
The objective of the research was to evaluate prescription errors in prescriptions filled at the Villa Victoria Porvenir Health Center in the district of Surquillo, between June and July 2023. The research was of non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional design, the sample was 332 prescriptions attended. Among the results, the errors related to medical prescriptions included 1.0% failures in the patient's information, 0.3% in the data of the prescribing professional, 7.3% in aspects related to the medication and 14.5% due to problems of illegibility in the prescriptions. An average of 5.8% of prescription errors or incomplete information made during the prescription of prescriptions evaluated at the Villa Victoria Porvenir Health Center in the district of Surquillo was found to be 5.8%.
