Conocimientos y hábitos de higiene bucal en estudiantes de secundaria de dos instituciones educativas públicas de lima y huancayo, 2022

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre Conocimientos y Hábitos de higiene Bucal en estudiantes de secundaria de dos Instituciones Educativas Públicas de Lima y Huancayo, 2022. La metodología es del tipo de investigación fue correlacional, descriptiva y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 122 estudiantes: I.E. coronel Félix Bogado y 111 estudiantes de la I.E. Mariscal Castilla. Nuestros resultados reportan que del total de pacientes n=233, presentaron nivel medio en conocimiento de higiene bucal y un nivel regular en hábitos de higiene bucal. En conclusión, existe relación entre Conocimientos y Hábitos de higiene Bucal en estudiantes de secundaria de dos Instituciones Educativas Públicas de Lima y Huancayo, 2022.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Oral Hygiene Knowledge and Habits in high school students of two Public Educational Institutions of Lima and Huancayo, 2022. The research methodology was correlational, descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 122 students: I.E. coronel Félix Bogado and 111 students from I.E. Mariscal Castilla. Our results report that of the total number of patients n=233, they presented an average level of knowledge of oral hygiene and a regular level of oral hygiene habits. In conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge and oral hygiene habits in high school students of two public schools in Lima and Huancayo, 2022.
