Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería del Hospital San Martín de Pangoa 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería del Hospital San Martín de Pangoa 2022, Método: estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal, muestra censal conformada por 35 enfermeros. Como resultados en el clima organizacional el 77.1% manifiestan tener un clima por mejorar, mientras el 14.3% refieren un clima favorable y sólo el 8.6% perciben un clima desfavorable, dentro de sus dimensiones tenemos a diseño organizacional 35%, potencial humano 27%, cultura organizacional 15%. En conclusión, según la Rho de Spearman existe relación con un valor de r=0,795 y una significancia de p= 0.00 lo que nos indica que existe relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería del Hospital San Martín de Pangoa 2022 y se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna.

In conclusion, according to Spearman's Rho, there is a relationship with a value of r=0.795 and a significance of p= 0.00, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of the nursing professional of the Hospital San Martín de Pangoa 2022, and the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
