Calidad de atención farmacéutica y grado de satisfacción en usuarios de la farmacia “El Olivar” de Los Olivos, 2023.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la relación entre la calidad de atención farmacéutica y el grado de satisfacción en los usuarios de la farmacia El Olivar del distrito de Los Olivos, de octubre a noviembre del 2023. La investigación fue básica de nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental, transversal, la muestra fue de 95 usuarios. Entre los resultados la dimensión de seguridad 29,5 % y dimensión de capacidad 28,4 % indicaron una opinión buena, la dimensión de fiabilidad el 34,7 % de los usuarios indicaron una opinión deficiente, para la dimensión de empatía el 35,8 % de los usuarios indicaron una opinión regular, para la dimensión de calidad. Se concluye, que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables de calidad de atención farmacéutico y grado de satisfacción.

The objective of the research was to evaluate the relationship between the quality of pharmaceutical care and the degree of satisfaction among users of the El Olivar pharmacy in the district of Los Olivos, from October to November 2023. The research was basic, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional design, and the sample consisted of 95 users. Among the results, the safety dimension 29.5% and the capacity dimension 28.4% indicated a good opinion, the reliability dimension 34.7% of the users indicated a poor opinion, for the empathy dimension 35.8% of the users indicated a fair opinion, for the quality dimension. It is concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables of quality of pharmaceutical care and degree of satisfaction.
