Abstract
El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar la eficacia del taller educativo “HARKAY” en el conocimiento sobre métodos anticonceptivos en estudiantes del quinto año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Nuestra Señora del Carmen – Lircay, 2025. La investigación empleó un diseño preexperimental con pre y pos test, aplicando un cuestionario estructurado a una muestra de estudiantes. Los resultados mostraron un incremento significativo del conocimiento en las tres dimensiones evaluadas. En métodos naturales, el nivel de conocimiento aumentó de 9,4% a 95,3%; en métodos hormonales, de 21,2% a 84,7%; y en métodos de barrera, de 40,0% a 97,6% después del taller. El análisis estadístico evidenció un nivel de significancia bilateral de 0,000 (p < 0,05). Se concluye que el taller “HARKAY” fue altamente efectivo para mejorar el conocimiento sobre métodos anticonceptivos en las estudiantes participantes.
The objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the “HARKAY” educational workshop on knowledge of contraceptive methods among fifth-year secondary school students at the Nuestra Señora del Carmen Educational Institution – Lircay, 2025. The research used a pre-experimental design with pre- and post-tests, applying a structured questionnaire to a sample of students. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge in the three dimensions evaluated.
