Abstract
El objetivo fue identificar las reacciones adversas medicamentosas a los antibióticos presentados en pacientes del Servicio de Medicina del Centro de Salud Caracoto – Puno - 2022. Metodología, de nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental, transversal, en 200 pacientes que acudieron al Servicio de Medicina del Centro de Salud Caracoto - Puno. Como resultado se obtuvo RAM`s leves; se identificó a náuseas (12%); en RAM`s moderadas a urticaria (14%) y en RAM`s severas a fallo renal (8.0%). Los antibióticos que provocaron más RAM`s fueron: amoxicilina y amoxicilina/ácido clavulánico (20%). En cconclusión, se identificaron las RAM`s leves, moderadas y severas, también los antibióticos que causaron más RAM`s, con mayor porcentaje la amoxicilina y amoxicilina/ácido clavulánico.

In conclusion, mild, moderate and severe ADRs were identified, as well as the antibiotics that caused the most ADRs, with a higher percentage of amoxicillin and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid.
