Complicaciones maternos y perinatales asociados al tipo de parto en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima-2021

Abstract

Investigación cuantitativa, observacional, retrospectivo, transversal y de diseño correlacional. Resultados: Las complicaciones maternas asociados al tipo de parto , son la hemorragia intraparto, desgarro perineal y atonía uterina que presentan asociación estadística significativa al tipo de parto por cesárea, Las complicaciones perinatales asociados al tipo de parto, son el sufrimiento y la macrosomía fetal que presentan asociación estadística significativa al tipo de parto por cesárea, Conclusiones: Las complicaciones maternas y perinatales asociados al tipo de parto en gestantes :son la hemorragia intraparto, desgarro perineal, atonía uterina; y el sufrimiento fetal y la macrosomía fetal que presentan asociación estadística significativa al tipo de parto por cesáreaQuantitative, observational, retrospective, cross-sectional and correlational design. Results: Maternal complications associated with the type of delivery are intrapartum hemorrhage, perineal tearing and uterine atony, which are statistically significantly associated with cesarean delivery. Perinatal complications associated with the type of delivery are fetal distress and fetal macrosomia, which are statistically significantly associated with cesarean delivery: Maternal and perinatal complications associated with the type of delivery in pregnant women: intrapartum hemorrhage, perineal tear, uterine atony; and fetal distress and fetal macrosomia are statistically significantly associated with the type of cesarean delivery
