Abstract
La investigación tiene por objetivo correlacionar el nivel de magnesio frente a la alimentación de los adultos mayores que acuden a la Botica MEDALIFARMA Y R. 2022. Tipo de investigación descriptivo, transversal, prospectivo y correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por los adultos mayores que acuden a la Botica y la muestra lo conforman 60 adultos mayores que van a la mencionada botica. Se determinó un predominio del género masculino (55,7%), el 44,3% tienen edades entre 60 a 65 años, el 48,1% son casados y el 82,3% radican en la zona urbana, el 65,8% tienen hábitos regulares y el 70,9% refieren beneficios del Magnesio. Por ello se concluye que, existe relación estadística entre el nivel de magnesio frente a la alimentación de los adultos mayores.
The objective of the research is to correlate the magnesium level with the diet of older adults attending the MEDALIFARMA Y R. 2022 drugstore. Type of research: descriptive, cross-sectional, prospective and correlational. The population consisted of older adults who go to the drugstore and the sample consisted of 60 older adults who go to the aforementioned drugstore. A predominance of the male gender was determined (55.7%), 44.3% are aged between 60 and 65 years, 48.1% are married and 82.3% live in the urban area, 65.8% have regular habits and 70.9% refer to the benefits of magnesium. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a statistical relationship between the level of magnesium and the diet of older adults.
