Abstract
En el presente estudio consideramos como objetivo determinar la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes diagnosticados con tuberculosis atendidos en el Centro de Salud Catalina Huanca del distrito El Agustino entre junio a octubre del 2023. Se empleó un diseño no experimental, prospectivo y transversal. En la muestra se utilizó la prueba de Morisky-Green-Levine que consta de 4 preguntas. Los resultados muestran que el 42,9 % de los pacientes tenían edades comprendidas entre 25 a 36 años, los más afectados fueron los hombres con el 67%. Respecto al porcentaje de adherencia fue del 33,3%. Se concluye, que el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes con tuberculosis presenta un nivel muy bajo representado por un 33.3%.
