Cumplimiento de la norma técnica en la prescripción farmacológica para síndrome de flujo vaginal en mujeres en edad fértil. Huancavelica

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el cumplimiento de la Norma Técnica de Salud N.° 240-MINSA/DGIESP-2026 en la prescripción farmacológica para síndrome de flujo vaginal en mujeres en edad fértil atendidas en el Hospital Departamental de Huancavelica durante el primer semestre de 2026. El estudio fue cuantitativo, aplicado, descriptivo, no experimental y transversal, con muestra de 118 historias clínicas seleccionadas por muestreo censal. El 48,3 % de las prescripciones cumplió con la norma y el 51,7 % presentó desviaciones; la vaginosis bacteriana registró el menor cumplimiento y la tricomoniasis el mayor. Se concluye que el apego a la normativa fue insuficiente.

The objective of this research was to determine compliance with Health Technical Standard No. 240-MINSA/DGIESP-2026 regarding pharmacological prescriptions for vaginal discharge syndrome in women of reproductive age treated at the Huancavelica Departmental Hospital during the first semester of 2026. The study was quantitative, applied, descriptive, non-experimental, and cross-sectional, utilizing a sample of 118 medical records selected via census sampling. Compliance with the standard was observed in 48.3% of prescriptions, while 51.7% showed deviations; bacterial vaginosis showed the lowest compliance, and trichomoniasis the highest. It is concluded that adherence to the regulations was insufficient.
