Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre los riesgos psicosociales y la satisfacción laboral en los colaboradores de Ecological High Mountain S.A.C., Chanchamayo – 2023. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, nivel descriptivo y diseño correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra incluyó a los 20 colaboradores de la empresa. Los resultados muestran que la percepción de los riesgos psicosociales fue alta en un 40%, media en un 40%, y muy alta en un 15%. Por otro lado, la satisfacción laboral fue baja en un 45%, media en un 40%, y muy baja en un 15%. En conclusión, existe una relación inversa significativa entre los riesgos psicosociales y la satisfacción laboral en los trabajadores.
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between psychosocial risks and job satisfaction in the collaborators of Ecological High Mountain S.A.C., Chanchamayo - 2023. The methodology used was quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and cross-sectional correlational design. The sample included the 20 employees of the company. The results show that the perception of psychosocial risks was high in 40%, medium in 40%, and very high in 15%. On the other hand, job satisfaction was low in 45%, medium in 40%, and very low in 15%. In conclusion, there is a significant inverse relationship between psychosocial risks and job satisfaction among workers.
