Conocimiento del manual de buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica del personal que labora en boticas del Barrio Túpac Amaru, Juliaca-2023.

Abstract

El objetivo general fue determinar el nivel de conocimiento del manual de Buenas Prácticas de Oficina Farmacéutica del personal que labora en boticas del barrio Túpac Amaru, Juliaca-2023. La metodología es de investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, observacional, prospectiva de corte transversal, de nivel descriptivo. La Muestra está conformada por el total de personal que labora en las 30 boticas del barrio Túpac Amaru esto equivale a 60 personas. Como resultado obtuvimos que del 100% de encuestados equivalentes a 60 personales, el 68,33% de los personales tiene un conocimiento bueno y 30% tiene un nivel de conocimiento regular y 1,67% tiene conocimiento Malo, finalmente se concluyó que es bueno el nivel de conocimiento de los personales de las boticas, pero a la vez un cierto porcentaje es regular y malo.

The general objective was to determine the level of knowledge of the Good Pharmacy Office Practices manual of the personnel working in pharmacies in the Túpac Amaru neighborhood, Juliaca-2023. The methodology is quantitative, non-experimental, observational, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive research. The sample is made up of the total number of personnel working in the 30 drugstores in the Túpac Amaru neighborhood, which is equivalent to 60 people. As a result, we obtained that of the 100% of the respondents equivalent to 60 personnel, 68.33% of the personnel have a good knowledge and 30% have a regular level of knowledge and 1.67% have bad knowledge, finally it was concluded that the level of knowledge of the personnel of the drugstores is good, but at the same time a certain percentage is regular and bad.
