Implementación de la metodología 5s para mejorar la calidad del servicio de la biblioteca central de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt Huancayo – 2019

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar el nivel de mejora al implementar la metodología 5S en la calidad del servicio de la Biblioteca Central de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt Huancayo – 2019. Para ello se utilizó la metodología científica el tipo de investigación según su función es investigación aplicativa porque está encaminada a resolver objetivamente los problemas de procesos y el diseño es pre-experimental porque se implementará la metodología 5S y después realizar una medición de las variables para ver cuál fue el efecto. La muestra fue de 349 estudiantes. Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario. Después de validar las hipótesis se llega a la conclusión de afirmar que a un nivel de significancia del 0,05 que con la aplicación de la metodología de las 5S mejora significativamente la calidad del servicio de la biblioteca de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin RooseveltThe objective of this study was to determine the level of improvement by implementing the 5S methodology in the quality of service of the Central Library of the Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt Huancayo - 2019.
