Participación materna y efectividad del tratamiento de anemia en niños menores de 5 años, Puesto de Salud Cocharcas 2025

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la participación materna y la efectividad del tratamiento de la anemia en niños menores de 5 años atendidos en el Puesto de Salud Cocharcas durante el año 2025. La investigación fue de tipo básico, con diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Participaron 50 madres de niños con anemia ferropénica. Los resultados mostraron que el 58% presentó alta participación materna y el 92% de los niños respondió favorablemente al tratamiento. El análisis estadístico evidenció una relación significativa entre ambas variables (p < 0,05). Se concluye que una mayor participación materna favorece la efectividad del tratamiento de la anemia.

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal participation and the effectiveness of anemia treatment in children under 5 years of age treated at the Cocharcas Health Post during 2025. The study was basic research with a non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design. Fifty mothers of children with iron-deficiency anemia participated. The results showed that 58% demonstrated high maternal participation, and 92% of the children responded favorably to the treatment. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between the two variables (p < 0.05). It is concluded that greater maternal participation enhances the effectiveness of anemia treatment.
