Actividad antibacteriana del aceite esencial de eucalyptus globulus (eucalipto) sobre staphylococcus aureus

Abstract

Este trabajo, tuvo como Objetivo: Determinar la actividad antibacteriana del aceite esencial de Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalipto) sobre Staphylococcus aureus. Metodología: fue aplicada, de corte transversal, prospectiva y diseño experimental, en una muestra de 5kg. De hojas verdes de eucaliptus globulus Resultados: Los valores promedio de los halos de inhibición obtenidos por el aceite de eucalipto al 100% frente a Staphylococcus aureus fue de 16,94 + 0,39mm y al 50% fue de 13,06 + 0,37mm, el control negativo obtuvo halo de inhibición de 5,97 + 0,19mm y el control positivo de 24,94 + 0,22mm. Conclusión: El aceite de Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalipto) al 100% y 50% presentó actividad antibacteriana frente a Staphylococcus aureusThe objective of this work was to determine the antibacterial activity of the essential oil of Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) on Staphylococcus aureus.
