Actividad laxante del Hylocereus megalanthus (Pitahaya amarilla) frente al Hylocereus monacanthus (Pitahaya roja) en Mus musculus (Ratones Albinos)

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la actividad laxante del Hylocereus megalanthus (Pitahaya amarilla) frente al Hylocereus monacanthus (Pitahaya roja) en Mus musculus (Ratones Albinos). Respecto a la metodología el alcance es descriptiva, tipo de estudio experimental, transversal, retrospectivo y su diseño es Básica, realizado en una muestra vegetal: 4 Kg del fruto de Hylocereus megalanthus, 4 Kg del fruto de Hylocereus monacanthus, y muestra Animal 70 ratones albinos, donde la prueba de solubilidad, así como la marcha fitoquímica, permitió conocer el grado de solubilidad, así como los metabolitos secundarios presentes en la pitahaya amarilla y roja, también fue analizado la actividad laxante en ratones albinos, los cuales fueron sometidos a las muestrasThe objective of this study was to determine the laxative activity of Hylocereus megalanthus (yellow Pitahaya) versus Hylocereus monacanthus (red Pitahaya) in Mus musculus (albino mice).
