Abstract
La investigación es de tipo básica con diseño metodológico no experimental. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el grado de dificultad quirúrgica según índice de Koerner de terceros molares inferiores en radiografías panorámicas de una clínica dental. Arequipa 2017-2020, la población estuvo conformada por 200 radiografías panorámicas, los datos obtenidos fueron llenados en una ficha de recolección de datos. Los resultados establecieron que el grado de dificultad quirúrgica más prevalente en el tercer molar inferior derecho e izquierdo fue moderado con un 56.8% y 61.6%, seguido del grado mínimo con un 34.4% y 33.3% y muy difícil con el 8.9% y 5.1%. Se concluyó que el grado de dificultad quirúrgico más frecuente fue el moderado para los terceros molares inferiores de ambos lados
This is a basic research with a non-experimental methodological design. The objective of the research was to determine the degree of surgical difficulty according to the Koerner index of lower third molars in panoramic radiographs of a dental clinic. Arequipa 2017-2020, the population consisted of 200 panoramic radiographs, the data obtained were filled in a data collection form. The results established that the most prevalent degree of surgical difficulty in the right and left lower third molar was moderate with 56.8% and 61.6%, followed by the minimum degree with 34.4% and 33.3% and very difficult with 8.9% and 5.1%. It was concluded that the most frequent degree of surgical difficulty was moderate for the lower third molars on both sides
