Evaluación de la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes diagnosticados con hipertensión arterial que acuden a la botica TUFARMAX – Huancayo 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar el grado de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes diagnosticados con hipertensión arterial que acuden a la botica Tu Farmax - Huancayo 2022. Como método, se utilizó el estudio descriptivo, transversal. La muestra fue de 80 personas, el muestreo fue no probabilístico, por conveniencia. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el Cuestionario MBG. Para la realización de los cálculos se hará uso del paquete estadístico SPSS. Como resultado se obtuvo el mayor porcentaje de pacientes (72,5%) tienen un grado de adherencia terapéutica alto. Se concluye que la gran mayoría (72,5%) tiene un grado de adherencia terapéutica alto; es decir, cumplen con las indicaciones del médico para tratar su dolencia.

The objective was to determine the degree of therapeutic adherence in patients diagnosed with arterial hypertension who visit the Tu Farmax - Huancayo 2022 pharmacy. The method used was a descriptive, cross-sectional study. The sample was 80 people, the sampling was non-probabilistic, by convenience. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the MBG Questionnaire. The SPSS statistical package was used for the calculations. As a result, the highest percentage of patients (72.5%) have a high degree of therapeutic adherence. It is concluded that the great majority (72.5%) have a high degree of therapeutic adherence; that is, they comply with the doctor's instructions for treating their ailment.
