Abstract
The objective of the following research is to establish the relationship between adherence to treatment and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) disease activity status using the DAS-28 instrument in patients at the Clínica Osteosalud de Huacho-2022; the methodology is quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional; the population consisted of 21 people; the CQR instrument was used to measure therapeutic adherence by means of a survey, and the DAS28 was used to measure disease activity. The result indicates that the greater the adherence to treatment, the lower the RA disease activity; in conclusion, there is a moderate significant inverse relationship between adherence to RA treatment (CRQ) and RA disease activity status by means of DAS28.
