Factores Asociados al Abandono Terapéutico en Pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo II de la Red de Salud Puno, 2022

Abstract

El objetivo fue determinar los factores asociados al abandono terapéutico en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II de la red de salud Puno, 2022. método hipotético deductivo nivel de investigación correlacional diseño de investigación es no experimental, la muestra estuvo conformada por 384 pacientes los resultados indican que los factores asociados generan el abandono terapéutico en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II. Se concluyó que los factores asociados generan el abandono terapéutico, también los factores demográficos, económicos y culturales están asociados al abandono terapéutico en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II de la red de salud Puno, 2022.

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses, common among animals, but which can be transmitted to humans and some of them from the common cold to SARS Cov-2. The objective is to evaluate the characteristics of COVID-19 treatment in outpatients of the CLAS Pilcomayo Health Center, applying the method of a descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional basic study, with a probabilistic sample of 299 clinical cases; the results showed that patients with COVID-19 of the CLAS Pilcomayo Health Center were between 18 and 27 years of age, with obesity as comorbidity in 26%. It is concluded that 299 patients with COVID-191, are young, female, with low education level, with cough symptoms, with pathology associated to obesity and receive rest, isolation and azithromycin.
