Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar los factores asociados a la adherencia de hierro e hidroxicobalamina en pacientes con hemodiálisis diagnosticados con enfermedad renal crónica Huancayo, 2022. Como método, se utilizó el diseño descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal; la ficha de recolección de datos y el test de Morisky Green - Levie. Los resultados según procedencia el 87.7% SIS, 6.2% Saludpol, mientras 1.2% Essalud; según lugar de origen 70.4% Huancayo, 7.4% Jauja, seguido del 6.2% Chupaca y Concepción, respecto al tiempo de enfermedad el 51.9% mayor de 1 año, el 48.1% menor de 1 año. En conclusión, los factores asociados afectan a la adherencia de hierro e hidroxicobalamina en pacientes con hemodiálisis diagnosticados con enfermedad renal crónica.
