Conocimientos sobre hábitos dietéticos cariogénicos en padres de familia del colegio Hispano Americano Trini Carabayllo – Lima 2020

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo principal, identificar el nivel de conocimiento sobre hábitos dietéticos cariogénicos en padres de familia del Colegio Hispano Americano Trini del nivel primaria. El diseño de éste estudio fue descriptivo simple de corte transversal, para lograr los objetivos se empleó como instrumento de recolección de datos el cuestionario sobre conocimientos de Hábitos Dietéticos Cariogénicos, las que constan de 4 dimensiones haciendo un total de 20 preguntas, que fueron validadas por juicio de expertos, Los resultados demostraron que predominó el nivel “regular” con 46,7%. Conclusiones: Se determinó que el nivel de conocimientos sobre hábitos dietéticos cariogénicos en padres de familia, fue regular.The main objective of this study was to identify the level of knowledge about cariogenic dietary habits in parents of the primary school Colegio Hispano Americano Trini. The design of this study was a simple descriptive cross-sectional study, to achieve the objectives, the questionnaire on knowledge of Cariogenic Dietary Habits was used as a data collection instrument, which consists of 4 dimensions making a total of 20 questions, which were validated by expert judgment.
