Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el marketing relacional y la lealtad de compra en los clientes de PARTAR COFFEE S.A.C., Chanchamayo 2024. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, básica, de nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 86 clientes, seleccionados mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. Se aplicaron encuestas tipo Likert para medir ambas variables, validadas por expertos y con alta confiabilidad (α = 0.958 y 0.953). El análisis, realizado con SPSS v24 mediante el coeficiente Rho de Spearman, evidenció una relación positiva y significativa (ρ = 0.744) entre las variables. Se concluye que un mejor marketing relacional incrementa la lealtad de compra, fortaleciendo el vínculo y la preferencia de los clientes hacia la marca.
The study aimed to determine the relationship between relationship marketing and purchase loyalty among customers of PARTAR COFFEE S.A.C., Chanchamayo 2024. The research was quantitative, basic, correlational, and non-experimental cross-sectional in design. The sample consisted of 86 customers, selected by simple random sampling. Likert-type surveys were used to measure both variables, validated by experts and with high reliability (α = 0.958 and 0.953).
