Relación que existe entre el tiempo de Clampamiento y Nivel de Hemoglobina en el recién nacido en el centro de salud de Chilca, Periodo Agosto - Octubre

Abstract

OBJETIVO: Establecer la relación que existe entre el tiempo de clampamiento del cordón umbilical y el nivel de hemoglobina en el recién nacido atendido en el Centro de Salud de Chilca, periodo Agosto - Octubre, 2016. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: Ficha de Análisis Documentario para ambas variables de estudio. Descriptivo - Correlacional, retrospectivo, de cohorte transversal, Cuantitativa. Universo: Recién Nacidos a término con madres de parto eutócico que serán atendidas en el Centro de Salud de Chilca (n=210); se trabajó con aquellos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Los datos fueron ingresados al programa SPSS versión 23 para su análisis y Microsoft Excel 2010. RESULTADOS: El 57.6% presentó niveles normales de hemoglobina con un clampamiento tardío, 5.2% presento niveles bajos de hemoglobina con clampamiento precoz de la muestra general (r=,580 y s=0,01). CONCLUSIÓN: Se rechaza la hipótesis nula de la investigación, aceptando la hipótesis alterna: Existe relación entre el tiempo de clampamiento del cordón umbilical y nivel de hemoglobina del recién nacido atendido en el Centro de Salud de Chilca, Periodo Agosto- Octubre 2016
