La motivación intrínseca y extrínseca en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pilcomayo 2022

Abstract

La investigación es de tipo básica de diseño no-experimental correlacional, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre las variables, conformado por una población de 111 empleados y la muestra estuvo conformada por 94 trabajadores de las diferentes áreas administrativas, donde el instrumento para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario validado por expertos, y mediante una prueba piloto el cual determinó la confiabilidad del instrumento a través del valor Alpha de Cronbach; los resultados de la investigación determinaron que existe relación entre ambas variables ya que mediante el estadístico de prueba Rho de Spearman se obtuvo un valor de significancia de 0,000 y r = 0.627 existiendo una relación directa de grado moderado entre ambas variables.
