Propuesta de balanced scorecard para mejorar la eficiencia administrativa de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, 2019

Abstract

El propósito fue determinar de qué manera el BSC mejora la eficiencia administrativa en la UNCP, 2019. La metodología empleada fue el método científico, como método específico el analítico sintético, fue una investigación aplicada, se desarrolló el nivel explicativo, diseño experimental bajo la categoría pre experimental, la muestra trabajada fue de 212 servidores públicos, en ellos se aplicó la técnica de encuesta, se utilizaron como instrumentos a la matriz EFI, EFE, FODA, con ello se recolectó la información de los documentos normativos. El trabajo concluyó que, con la implementación del BSC, se obtuvieron mejoras significativas en la eficiencia administrativa de la UNCP, 2019The purpose was to determine how the BSC improves administrative efficiency at UNCP, 2019. The methodology used was the scientific method, as a specific method the synthetic analytical method, it was an applied research, the explanatory level was developed, experimental design under the pre-experimental category, the sample worked was 212 public servants, in them the survey technique was applied, the EFI, EFE, SWOT matrix were used as instruments, with it the information of the normative documents was collected. The work concluded that, with the implementation of the BSC, significant improvements were obtained in the administrative efficiency of the UNCP, 2019
