Abstract
Este estudio fue Evaluar el Seguimiento Farmacoterapéutico de la Dexametasona en usuarios atendidos en las boticas del sector Huáscar periodo marzo -junio en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2021, siendo la metodología, un enfoque cualitativo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo en una muestra de 108 recetas médicas Resultados, identificación de PRMs; de Necesidad 33% seguidos de los de Seguridad 7 %, los de Efectividad 45% y los efectos adversos 33%;finalmente las enfermedades más frecuentes que usan Dexametasona como el covid-19 con el 71% y concluyéndose, favorable y benefioso para los usuarios que acudieron a las boticas, ya que el 70% cumplieron con su prescripción médica
