Conocimiento sobre sus medicamentos de los pacientes que acuden a farmacia SIS del hospital regional Manuel Núñez Butrón – Puno 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre sus medicamentos de los pacientes que acuden a farmacia SIS del Hospital Manuel Núñez Butrón. La metodología de investigación tipo cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, observacional, prospectivo de corte transversal, de nivel descriptivo, la muestra conformada de 302 pacientes. Se utilizó una encuesta de 14 ítems. El resultado del nivel de conocimiento de los pacientes que acuden a farmacia SIS es 49,01% tienen un nivel de conocimiento bueno, el 41,72% de pacientes tiene conocimiento regular, y el 9,27% de pacientes tiene nivel de conocimiento malo. Se concluyó recomendar al área de jefatura realizar encuestas de conocimientos para una atención de calidad.

The objective of the research is to determine the level of knowledge of patients who go to the SIS pharmacy of the Manuel Núñez Butrón Hospital about their medications. The research methodology was quantitative, non-experimental, observational, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, and the sample consisted of 302 patients. A 14-item survey was used. The result of the level of knowledge of patients attending the SIS pharmacy is 49.01% have a good level of knowledge, 41.72% of patients have a fair level of knowledge, and 9.27% of patients have a poor level of knowledge. It was concluded that it is recommended that the management area conduct knowledge surveys for quality care.
