Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la adherencia al tratamiento con sulfato ferroso en niños de 6 a 36 meses del Centro de Salud Santa Adriana, Juliaca – 2024. La metodología fue de tipo descriptivo, diseño no experimental y corte transversal; el cuadro de recolección de datos, la muestra fue de 45 niños. Los resultados según la distribución en grupos etarios de los niños de 6 a 11 meses eran el 71.1%, de 12 a 23 meses el 20% y entre 24 a 36 meses el 8.9%; y al iniciar el tratamiento el 48.9% de los niños tenían entre 10.0 – 10.9 g/dL (anemia leve), el 51.1% entre 7.0 – 9.9 g/dL (anemia moderada); y al final todos los niños que terminaron el tratamiento se recuperaron al 100% con valores de hemoglobina mayor a 11 g/dL. En conclusión, existe adherencia al tratamiento con sulfato ferroso en niños de 6 a 36 meses de edad en el Centro de Salud Santa Adriana.
The objective is to determine adherence to treatment with ferrous sulfate in children aged 6 to 36 months at the Santa Adriana Health Center, Juliaca - 2024. The methodology was descriptive, non-experimental design and cross-sectional; the data collection frame, the sample was 45 children.
