Abstract
El asma es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica y se presenta como
episodios recurrentes de sibilancias, tos, dificultad respiratoria y opresión
torácica.
La adherencia terapéutica es el grado de conducta de un paciente
relacionado a la toma de medicamentos y al seguimiento de una dieta o hábitos
de vida indicada médico.
El objetivo de la presente investigación es Determinar los niveles de
adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con asma que frecuentan una Cadena de
Boticas en el Distrito de Tarma. Consecuentemente, se aplicó el método
científico, cuyo tipo de investigación es básico y el nivel de investigación es
descriptivo.
Como resultado de la presente investigación se obtuvo información
relevante de los pacientes con asma, tales como: sexo, grupo etario por edades;
asimismo, sobre los indicadores de implicación personal, relacional y
comportamental relacionados con la adherencia terapéutica; y sobre el nivel de
adherencia terapéutica de estos pacientes.
