Abstract
El siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo identificar la adherencia terapéutica al tratamiento con Trastuzumab en pacientes con cáncer de mama HER2 + en el Hospital Regional de Lambayeque - 2023. Como método, se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo no experimental, descriptivo, de corte transversal observacional, la muestra fue de 30 pacientes La técnica empleada fue el EAT-CaMa y la aplicación de encuestas a los pacientes. Los resultados indican que las pacientes con cáncer de mama HER 2+ en tratamiento con Trastuzumab son un 76,3% mayor de 50 años. En conclusión, se encontró un índice medio de adherencia terapéutica al tratamiento con Trastuzumab en pacientes con cáncer de mama HER2 + en el Hospital Regional de Lambayeque - 2023.
