Síndrome de Burnout comparativo en Obstetras que laboran en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil “El Carmen” Huancayo – 2018.

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de síndrome de Burnout comparativo en Obstetras del área de Hospitalización y Consultorios Externos que laboran en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil “El Carmen” Huancayo – 2018. Se realizó un estudio de tipo aplicada, de nivel descriptivo comparativo, no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por profesionales de Obstetricia del área de Hospitalización y Consultorios Externos que laboran en el Hospital, para el estudio se utilizó el registro censal de 72 obstetras. Se concluyó que el nivel del síndrome de Burnout de las Obstetras del área de Hospitalización y Consultorios Externos es en su mayoría bajo.

The objective of this study was to determine the level of comparative Burnout syndrome in Obstetricians in the Hospitalization and Outpatient Clinics area working at the Regional Maternal and Child Teaching Hospital "El Carmen" Huancayo - 2018. An applied, level study was carried out. descriptive, comparative, non-experimental cross section. The population was constituted by professionals of Obstetrics of the area of ​​Hospitalization and External Offices that work in the Hospital, for the study the census registry of 72 obstetricians was used. It was concluded that the level of Burnout syndrome of Obstetricians in the area of ​​Hospitalization and Outpatient Clinics is mostly low.
