Nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a farmacia SIS del Hospital Regional Manuel Núñez Butron Puno, 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a farmacia SIS del Hospital Regional Manuel Núñez Butron Puno, 2023. Como método, se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo observacional, nivel descriptivo, tipo cuantitativa y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra está conformada por 306 usuarios que acuden a farmacia SIS como técnica se utilizó una encuesta de 17 ítems. Los resultados indican que el 84.97% están parcialmente satisfechos, el 8,17% se encuentran totalmente satisfechos, y el 6,86% de usuarios insatisfechos. Se concluyó que los usuarios que acuden a farmacia SIS del Hospital Regional Manuel Núñez Butron se encuentran parcialmente satisfechos.The objective of the following research is to determine the level of satisfaction of users attending the SIS pharmacy of the Manuel Núñez Butron Puno Regional Hospital, 2023. The method used was an observational study design, descriptive, quantitative, quantitative and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 306 users attending the SIS pharmacy and a 17-item survey was used as a technique. The results indicate that 84.97% are partially satisfied, 8.17% are totally satisfied, and 6.86% of users are dissatisfied. It was concluded that users who go to the SIS pharmacy of the Manuel Núñez Butron Regional Hospital are partially satisfied.
