Seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en pacientes con artritis en la Botica Solidaridad Huancayo – 2023.

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo tiene por objetivo; evaluar el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en pacientes con artritis en la Botica Solidaridad Huancayo -2023. La investigación utilizada fue aplicada, descriptiva, de diseño no experimental- longitudinal; la muestra fueron 5 pacientes. Los resultados muestran que el 100% de los pacientes con artritis no eran adherentes al tratamiento, después del seguimiento el 40% (2) de los pacientes si llegaron a ser adherentes. El 60% de los pacientes con artritis tuvieron dolor posible del seguimiento farmacoterapéutico y después del seguimiento el 40% de los pacientes tuvieron un dolor moderado y un 20% tuvieron un dolor leve. En conclusión, el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico fue muy beneficioso para mejorar la adherencia terapéutica.

The objective of the following work is to evaluate the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up in patients with arthritis in the Botica Solidaridad Huancayo -2023. The research used was applied, descriptive, non-experimental, longitudinal design; the sample consisted of 5 patients. The results show that 100% of the patients with arthritis were not adherent to the treatment; after follow-up, 40% (2) of the patients became adherent. Sixty percent of the patients with arthritis had possible pain after pharmacotherapeutic follow-up and after follow-up 40% of the patients had moderate pain and 20% had mild pain. In conclusion, pharmacotherapeutic follow-up was very beneficial in improving adherence.
