Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el grado de dependencia y la calidad de vida en pacientes adultos mayores del Centro de Salud Sapallanga Huancayo 2024. El método de investigación fue de tipo básico, con diseño no experimental, transversal correlacional; se contó con una muestra de 92 adultos mayores. Los resultados muestran que el 63% (58) de pacientes adultos mayores presentaron dependencia moderada, frente a 1,1% (1) con dependencia leve. En cuanto a la calidad de vida el 55,4% (51) poseen calidad de vida regular, destacando que ningún paciente presentó una calidad de vida deficiente. En conclusión, al verificar la relación de las variables se determinó que existe una relación entre el grado de dependencia y la calidad de vida en pacientes adultos mayores del Centro de Salud Sapallanga.
