Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención farmacéutica y la satisfacción del cliente en una cadena de boticas de Huancayo, 2024. La metodología correspondió a un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 325 clientes, a quienes se les aplicó encuestas mediante cuestionarios estructurados. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 33,2 % percibió la calidad de atención como mala y el 41,8 % como regular; asimismo, el 33,8 % se mostró insatisfecho y el 40,6 % moderadamente satisfecho con el servicio recibido. El análisis estadístico confirmó una relación significativa entre ambas variables. Se concluyó que la calidad de atención farmacéutica se relaciona de manera estadísticamente significativa con la satisfacción del cliente en la cadena de boticas evaluada.
This research aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of pharmaceutical care and customer satisfaction in a pharmacy chain in Huancayo, 2024. The methodology employed was a quantitative, cross-sectional correlational study. The sample consisted of 325 customers, who were surveyed using structured questionnaires. The results showed that 33.2% perceived the quality of care as poor and 41.8% as fair; likewise, 33.8% were dissatisfied and 40.6% were moderately satisfied with the service received. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant relationship between the two variables. It was concluded that the quality of pharmaceutical care is statistically significantly related to customer satisfaction in the pharmacy chain evaluated.
