Abstract
El dolor es un importante mecanismo de defensa del organismo, puede ser leve, moderado o intenso. La satisfacción del tratamiento farmacológico se centra en el paciente y apoya a la continuidad o no de la terapéutica, por lo tanto, planteamos como objetivo general identificar la relación del dolor crónico con la satisfacción del tratamiento farmacológico en usuarios atendidos en tres boticas frente al INMP, abril, 2021 donde se pudo evidenciar que la relación entre el dolor crónico y la satisfacción del tratamiento farmacológico fue significativa obteniendo como resultado 22.1% estuvo bastante satisfecho con el tratamiento farmacológico y sólo el 2.7% presentó bastante de dolor crónico
Pain is an important defense mechanism of the organism; it can be mild, moderate or intense. The satisfaction of pharmacological treatment focuses on the patient and supports the continuity or not of the therapy, therefore, we propose as a general objective to identify the relationship between chronic pain and satisfaction of pharmacological treatment in users served in three pharmacies in front of the INMP, April, 2021 where it was evident that the relationship between chronic pain and satisfaction of pharmacological treatment was significant obtaining as a result 22.1% was quite satisfied with the pharmacological treatment and only 2.7% had enough chronic pain
