Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el grado de satisfacción de usuarios del servicio de farmacia del centro de salud I-4 Micro Red Cono Sur, Juliaca – 2024. El método fue básico y cuantitativo, con un enfoque descriptivo. La muestra estuvo constituida por 260 personas seleccionadas. Los resultados muestran que el cumplimiento de horarios (70%), pero hay descontento con la disponibilidad de medicamentos (29% muy satisfecho y 23% insatisfecho). El tiempo de atención (61%) y la rapidez de entrega (73%) son valorados positivamente, mientras que el orden de atención es neutral (61%). La claridad de instrucciones necesita mejorar (65% neutrales), aunque el 69% confía en la seguridad del servicio. En conclusión, la satisfacción de los usuarios varía significativamente según los diferentes aspectos evaluados.
The objective of the research was to determine the degree of satisfaction of users of the pharmacy service of the health center I-4 Micro Red Cono Sur, Juliaca - 2024.
