Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre estilos de vida y el estado nutricional en los trabajadores del Centro de Salud de Wichanzao Trujillo, 2023. Es un estudio de tipo deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicada, no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra lo constituyeron 113 trabajadores. Los resultados según sexo y sobrepeso el 77,9% son del género femenino donde el 42,5% presentan sobrepeso; Según sexo y obesidad el 77,9% son del género femenino donde el 15,0% presentan obesidad. En conclusión, existe relación estadística entre el estado nutricional y alimentación, entre el estado nutricional y calidad de sueño de los trabajadores.
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between lifestyles and nutritional status in the workers of the Wichanzao Trujillo Health Center, 2023. It is a deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional study, the sample consisted of 113 workers. The results according to sex and overweight, 77.9% were female and 42.5% were overweight; according to sex and obesity, 77.9% were female and 15.0% were obese. In conclusion, there is a statistical relationship between nutritional status and food, between nutritional status and sleep quality of workers.
