Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo medir la calidad en la educación superior universitaria no presencial, Huancayo, 2021, desde una perspectiva estudiantil, en una muestra que incluye estudiantes de la Región Junín, Perú. Se utilizó el método de investigación científico de tipo básico, no experimental, exploratorio descriptivo, de diseño cualitativo-cuantitativo, inductivo de carácter fenomenológico y enfoque hermenéutico, univariado. Resultando que en la ciudad de Huancayo el 88% de estudiantes de la UContinental se encuentran satisfechos, seguido de la URoosevelt con 68%; los estudiantes de la UNCP y la UPLA muestran su satisfacción en un 52% y 28% respectivamente, concluyendo que desde la perspectiva estudiantil existe debilidad en la calidad superior universitaria virtual
The objective of this research is to measure the quality of non-attendance university higher education, Huancayo, 2021, from a student perspective, in a sample that includes students from the Junín Region, Peru. The scientific research method used was basic, non-experimental, exploratory, descriptive, descriptive, qualitative-quantitative, inductive, phenomenological and hermeneutic approach, univariate.
