Abstract
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo demostrar Determinar reacciones adversas y factores asociados al consumo de antiinflamatorios no esteroideos en los clientes de los establecimientos farmacéuticos de la provincia de Celendín-Cajamarca. La información fue recabada mediante encuestas a 171 personas de la provincia de Celendín. Se tuvo como resultado que el 53.8% de los consumidores de AINES fueron mujeres, en tanto a la problemática de las reacciones adversas, se evidencio que ibuprofeno (40.4%) y naproxeno (31.6%), fueron los más consumidos. Teniendo en consideración la prueba de Chi-Cuadrado de Pearson, se concluye que, si existen reacciones adversas relacionadas a los factores asociados al consumo de AINES.
The objective of this study was to determine adverse reactions and factors associated with the consumption of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in clients of pharmaceutical establishments in the province of Celendín-Cajamarca. The information was collected through surveys of 171 people in the province of Celendín. It was found that 53.8% of the NSAID consumers were women. Regarding the problem of adverse reactions, it was evidenced that ibuprofen (40.4%) and naproxen (31.6%) were the most consumed. Taking into consideration the Pearson Chi-Square test, it is concluded that there are adverse reactions related to the factors associated with NSAID consumption.
