dc.description.abstractLa suplementación con los multimicronutrientes se anuncia el año 2014 tras las críticas al gobierno, el Ministerio de Salud anunció que niños y niñas de seis meses a tres años recibirán de manera obligatoria la suplementación con micronutrientes para prevenir la anemia , así logrando que tengan un adecuado desarrollo infantil y combatir la desnutrición crónica. De ahí nace la investigación con la elaboración del diagnóstico situacional del centro de salud Sapallanga y se planteó como problema principal eficacia de la suplementación con multimicronutrientes para la prevención de anemia en niños menores de 3 años en el centro de salud Sapallanga – 2016 Se identificó la eficacia en un 60.93% de la suplementación con multimicronutrientes para la prevención de anemia en niños menores de 3 años en el Centro de Salud Sapallanga – 2016es_Es
