Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la relación entre hábitos alimentarios y estado nutricional en gestantes en el Centro de Salud José Antonio Encinas, Puno 2023. La muestra está conformada por 299 embarazadas. Los resultados indican que el 68.2% de gestantes son convivientes y amas de casa; el 64.9% sobre hábitos alimenticios; la frecuencia de consumo de alimentos el 60.9% (3 veces al día); 42.5% consumen frutas y verduras 2 porciones al día, 36.8% consumen comidas chatarras de 1 a 2 veces por mes 47.5% consumen complementos vitamínicos En conclusión: Se determinó la asociación baja entre los hábitos alimenticios y el estado nutricional en gestantes que acuden al Centro de Salud José Antonio Encinas, Puno 2023¸ con un nivel de significancia de p = 0,004.
The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between eating habits and nutritional status in pregnant women at the José Antonio Encinas Health Center, Puno 2023. The sample consisted of 299 pregnant women. The results indicate that 68.2% of pregnant women are cohabitants and housewives; 64.9% on eating habits; the frequency of food consumption 60.9% (3 times a day); 42.5% consume fruits and vegetables 2 servings a day, 36.8% consume junk food 1 to 2 times per month 47. In conclusion: A low association was found between dietary habits and nutritional status in pregnant women attending the José Antonio Encinas Health Center, Puno 2023¸ with a significance level of p = 0.004.
