Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la relación entre la percepción sobre la atención y dispensación de medicamentos en los usuarios que acuden al C.S. La Libertad 2023. El método es descriptivo y retrospectivo. Diseño no experimental y transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 261 pacientes. Los resultados el 64,4% sexo femenino, el 55,2% edad entre 31-40 años, el 57,5%, secundaria, el 88,5% tuvieron SIS, el 85,1% son u. continuadores; la percepción en el horario programado el 64,4% fue a veces; la información recibida sobre su problema de salud el 39,1% fue casi nunca. En conclusión, hay una relación estadísticamente significativa entre la percepción sobre la atención y dispensación de medicamentos en los usuarios.
