Percepción del usuario en relación a la atención y dispensación de medicamentos en el centro de salud la libertad 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la relación entre la percepción sobre la atención y dispensación de medicamentos en los usuarios que acuden al C.S. La Libertad 2023. El método es descriptivo y retrospectivo. Diseño no experimental y transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 261 pacientes. Los resultados el 64,4% sexo femenino, el 55,2% edad entre 31-40 años, el 57,5%, secundaria, el 88,5% tuvieron SIS, el 85,1% son u. continuadores; la percepción en el horario programado el 64,4% fue a veces; la información recibida sobre su problema de salud el 39,1% fue casi nunca. En conclusión, hay una relación estadísticamente significativa entre la percepción sobre la atención y dispensación de medicamentos en los usuarios.The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between the perception of the care and dispensing of medicines among users attending the La Libertad 2023 Health Center. The method is descriptive and retrospective. Non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 261 patients.
