Nivel de conocimiento sobre medicación intraconducto en procedimientos endodónticos en los estudiantes de estomatología, Huancayo, 2025.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el nivel de conocimiento en relación a la medicación intraconducto en los estudiantes de 6to, 7mo y 8vo semestre de la Escuela Profesional de Estomatología de la UPHFR. El estudio fue descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal. La muestra fue conformada por 87 estudiantes de sexto, séptimo y octavo semestre. Los resultados muestran que el nivel de conocimiento en relación a la medicación intraconducto fue regular, con un 60%. En conclusión; los estudiantes del sexto semestre, el 61% tuvo un nivel de conocimiento regular, mientras que, en el séptimo semestre, el 55% mostró un nivel regular y el octavo semestre el 73% presento un nivel de conocimiento regular.

The objective of the research was to determine the level of knowledge regarding intracanal medication among 6th, 7th, and 8th semester students at the UPHFR School of Dentistry. The study was descriptive, prospective, and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 87 students in their sixth, seventh, and eighth semesters. The results show that the level of knowledge regarding intraductal medication was fair, at 60%. In conclusion, 61% of sixth-semester students had a fair level of knowledge, while 55% of seventh-semester students and 73% of eighth-semester students had a fair level of knowledge.
