Hábitos alimentarios y anemia en gestantes atendidas en el hospital regional docente materno infantil El Carmen, Huancayo – 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre los hábitos alimentarios y la anemia en las gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen, Huancayo – 2022. En cuanto al aspecto metodológico, el presente estudio se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, además, el tipo de investigación fue el básico, de nivel descriptivo, y el diseño que guío el estudio fue el correlacional. De otra parte, la muestra estuvo conformada de 200. Finalmente, los principales resultados muestran que, en cuanto a los hábitos alimentarios de las gestantes evaluadas, el 60.5% poseen hábitos adecuados y el 39.5% posee hábitos inadecuados. De otro lado, en cuanto a la presencia de anemia, un 67.5% se encuentran sin anemia, y un 32.5% sí presentan anemia. Finalmente se determinó que existe relación significativa entre los hábitos alimentarios y la anemia en las gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen, Huancayo – 2022.

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between dietary habits and anemia in pregnant women attended at the Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen, Huancayo - 2022. Regarding the methodological aspect, the present study was conducted under the quantitative approach, in addition, the type of research was basic, descriptive level, and the design that guided the study was correlational. Finally, the main results show that, regarding the eating habits of the pregnant women evaluated, 60.5% have adequate habits and 39.5% have inadequate habits. On the other hand, with regard to the presence of anemia, 67.5% were not anemic and 32.5% were anemic. Finally, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between dietary habits and anemia in pregnant women attended at the Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen, Huancayo - 2022.
