Adherencia al tratamiento psicofarmacológico según test de Morisky Green en pacientes que acuden a un centro de salud mental - Huancayo 2022.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la adherencia al tratamiento psicofarmacológico según test de Morisky Green en pacientes que acuden al Centro de Salud Mental-Huancayo 2022, la metodología utilizada es de tipo transversal, el nivel de la investigación descriptiva y tuvo una muestra de 196 pacientes, los resultados muestran que el 70.41% de los pacientes indicaron que no se olvidaron tomar sus medicamentos, el 81.63% indico que toma sus medicamentos a la hora prescrita, el 17.35% manifestó que deja de tomar sus medicamento cuando se sienten mejor, el 90.82% indicó que dejaría de tomar sus medicamentos si presenta alguna reacción adversa. En conclusión, no existe adherencia al tratamiento psicofarmacológico según test de Morisky Green.

The objective of the research is to determine adherence to psychopharmacological treatment according to Morisky Green test in patients attending the Mental Health Center-Huancayo 2022, the methodology used is cross-sectional, the level of descriptive research and had a sample of 196 patients, the results show that 70. 41% of the patients indicated that they did not forget to take their medication, 81.63% indicated that they take their medication at the prescribed time, 17.35% stated that they stop taking their medication when they feel better, 90.82% indicated that they would stop taking their medication if they had an adverse reaction.
